Do I need a contract?+
No. The social media plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
Which platforms do you manage?+
The plans cover Facebook and Instagram. Busy Bee and The Hive also include Google Business Profile posts.
Do I have to create content myself?+
No. Included social posts are created for you. You bring the business context, offers, photos, and approvals when needed.
What is Butler County Connect?+
It is the local community media page run by Worker Bee Media. It is a local visibility channel built around the people and businesses of Butler County.
How soon will I see results?+
Consistency often needs 60 to 90 days to develop. Every business is different, and we do not guarantee specific numbers, reach, followers, or sales.
Fractional CMO
What is the difference between a Fractional CMO and your social media plans?+
Social plans are execution on social platforms. A Fractional CMO owns the broader marketing strategy, pipeline, budget, vendors, and decisions that connect the work.
Why is there a 3-month minimum?+
Strategy needs time to be implemented, used, and assessed. Three months gives the work a fair chance to become a working system instead of a one-off brainstorm.
Do I need to have a marketing team?+
No. Full Hive includes execution. Strategist works with the staff or vendors you already have.
Is a Fractional CMO right for my business?+
It is best suited to established local businesses that are ready to invest consistently in growth and want one person to own the marketing picture.
